Initially we listed our home with an agent who made a bunch of promises and never delivered. After having our home on the market for 6 months with this agent and receiving nothing other than a bunch of excuses, we got frustrated and lost hope. When our listing agreement expired, we decided that our home was just not meant to be sold in the tough market. We were approached by a few other agents, trying to get our listing making a bunch of promises just like the other agent. But they all sounded fake and like scripted sales pitch. Until we walking into one of Clementes open houses. Off the back we felt no pressure or felt as if Clemente was just trying to get another deal.
